Ziv Halfon is a seasoned real estate professional with a comprehensive background in asset management, legal strategy, and operational excellence. Having joined EEH Ventures in 2020, Ziv has been instrumental in the oversight and value-enhancement of the firm’s diverse real estate portfolio.

In his role as Head of Operations & Portfolio Manager, Ziv bridges the gap between high-level investment strategy and day-to-day execution. He is responsible for the performance and financial health of the entire portfolio—specializing in commercial assets and multi-occupied buildings—while simultaneously building the scalable operational infrastructure required to support the firm’s growth.

His core focus includes:

• Strategic Portfolio Oversight: Maximizing property value through meticulous resource allocation, letting strategies, and identifying market-driven opportunities for capital appreciation.
• Operational Leadership: Designing and implementing robust internal systems, managing tech-stack integrations, and streamlining cross-departmental workflows to ensure peak organizational efficiency.
• Risk & Asset Management: Leveraging his legal background (Bachelor of Laws from Haifa University) and his experience in premier real estate law firms to navigate complex compliance, development, and management challenges.
