Financial Analyst

We are a real estate business searching for experienced financial analysts to provide financial analysis to support the financing, acquisition, marketing and leasing of properties both in the UK and the Middle East (specifically Israel).
The successful candidate will give professional advice to our sales team on the economic condition of the markets, market trends and their financial situation. The candidate will analyse market stability and seek to mitigate risks of the real estate investment portfolios and how to increase the holdings.

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Required skills
  • Excellent management & analytical skills
  • Experience in preparing spread sheets and financial models
  • Experience & confidence in preparing presentations to senior management and investors
  • Co-ordinate agents and runners project flow
  • Assist in negotiating acquisitions
  • Reviewing funding proposals
  • Create and maintain due diligence report for each project
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work additional hours when required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management/Economics with a focus on finance
  • Ability to travel overseas at short notice
Preferred skills
  • Ability to speak Hebrew and/or Arabic
  • Property analyst experience of at least one year
  • Management Consultancy skills/qualification
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Track performance and provide analysis relating to the property markets specific (but not limited to) Central London, Greater London (and the Home Counties) and Israel.
  • Forecast future business performance based on historic and current operations.
  • Provide analytical support and advise with regard to acquisitions and investments.
  • Analyses internal processes and systems to identify problems and inefficiencies, to improve best practice and find the most efficient operational capacities
  • Determine optimal level of budget and income. Prepare and review operational and financial reports and budgets
  • Proactively research, advise and implement solutions which advise with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Ensure ad hoc projects work alongside long term business projects by creating efficiencies, improvements and cost reduction analysis
  • Deliver timely & accurate information such as balance sheet data to senior management and investors
